We’ll set up your décor exactly how you envisioned, coordinate with your vendors to ensure everyone is on the same page, manage the ceremony timeline, and oversee the flow of events up until the reception begins. While we’re not involved in the planning process, we make sure all your hard work pays off with a flawlessly executed setup.
Though we don’t stay for the reception, we leave everything ready for you and your guests to celebrate in style. With “The Help,” you’ll have the confidence that everything is in good hands, allowing you to focus on making memories while we handle the details.

From overseeing décor setup and coordinating ceremony lineups to managing timelines and day-of tasks, we’re with you every step of the way.
Our service begins the evening before your wedding with a walkthrough and rehearsal to finalize every detail, so you can wake up feeling confident and excited. On the big day, we’ll be present from start to finish, ensuring your ceremony and reception flow effortlessly. Depending on your selected schedule and location, we can also assist with cleanup and takedown, so you and your guests can focus on celebrating.
As a heartfelt bonus, we’ll capture special moments like décor, speeches, and celebrations to create a keepsake video for you to cherish forever. While we’re not professional videographers, we’ll ensure key moments are beautifully documented for you to relive and share, with your approval.
For added ease, we’re happy to work with a point person on the day or make decisions on your behalf to ensure everything aligns with your expectations. Plus, this package is fully customizable—let us know your needs, and we’ll make it happen!
