How It All Started
Make It Magic Weddings began in the simplest, most genuine way - by helping out wherever we were needed. What started with planning and coordinating events for friends, family, and small community celebrations slowly grew into something we never really planned for, but truly fell in love with.
Over time, we naturally found ourselves taking on more weddings and larger events, being trusted with more details, and being invited into some of the most meaningful days in people’s lives. Somewhere along the way, it became clear that this wasn’t just something we were good at - it was something we genuinely cared about.
We truly love love, and there’s nothing better than being part of such an important chapter in someone’s life. We love helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, easing the stress of planning, and watching couples fully enjoy their day while everything comes together around them.
From those early days to now, our heart has stayed the same. Make It Magic was built from care, connection, and a genuine love for celebrating people - and bringing a little extra magic to moments that matter most.

With years of experience planning weddings, baby showers, bridal showers, small community events, hockey events, and many of her children’s activities, Baily brings a calm, nurturing presence that instantly puts people at ease. She has a natural ability to connect with others and makes every client feel supported, heard, and truly cared for throughout the planning process.
Baily is incredibly hands-on and thrives in the details that bring events to life, from thoughtful planning and coordination to the small, meaningful touches that make each celebration feel personal and unique. Her creativity shines through in everything she does, especially when designing décor, arranging florals, and creating beautiful, hand-crafted bouquets that elevate every event.
Outside of work, Baily is always on the go with her family—balancing busy days between her kids’ hockey and volleyball schedules, life with her husband, and time with their dogs. That full, busy life is part of what keeps her grounded, relatable, and so in tune with the families she works with.
Baily brings heart, intention, and care into every event she touches - making sure every celebration feels effortless, meaningful, and completely unforgettable.

Meet Kayla!
Kayla is driven by a passion for creating meaningful, memorable events and bringing calm to even the busiest of days. With a background in Special Event Management from Fanshawe College, she brings both formal training and hands-on experience to everything she does.
Over the years, Kayla has worked a wide range of events—from weddings and corporate functions to large community events around Sudbury. If you’ve been involved in local events, there’s a good chance you’ve seen her in action. That experience has shaped her into someone who knows exactly what it takes to keep events running smoothly from start to finish.
Known as a force to be reckoned with, Kayla is organized, efficient, and calm under pressure. She’s the queen behind the scenes - keeping everything structured, on track, and beautifully put together. She thrives in the details that most people don’t see, like timelines, layouts, signage, menus, and invitations that bring everything together.
Kayla also brings the creative side of Make It Magic Weddings to life through content and visuals that reflect the brand and connect with couples in an authentic way.
Whether she’s coordinating details, building a vision, or keeping everything flowing behind the scenes, Kayla brings passion, precision, and heart into every part of the process - making every event feel seamless and intentional.

You may have already seen some familiar faces along the way, helping with setups, coordination, and making sure everything runs smoothly on the day of your celebration. Each person brings their own care, energy, and attention to detail, and we’re incredibly grateful for the role they play in helping bring each wedding to life.
We are very intentional about who we bring onto our team. Every person we work with shares the same level of care, professionalism, and attention to detail that we expect for our couples. We take a lot of pride in maintaining a high standard, so you can feel confident knowing that anyone representing Make It Magic Weddings is someone we fully trust and believe in.
As we continue to grow, we’re excited to introduce our team more fully soon - but for now, just know there’s a dedicated group of people working together to make sure every event feels seamless, supported, and truly magical.
